By placing an order with Roses & Waves, customers accept all terms of our strict Return Policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase Roses & Waves provide the following options:

To be eligible for one of these return options, merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery and meet the below requirements.**
** We ask all customers to initially try on bottoms and one pieces with their undergarments on.
The returned items must meet the following requirements:
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition and not be worn, washed, damaged, altered or used
- Merchandise must be free of any makeup, deodorant or any other stains
- Merchandise must have all original tags attached and accessories attached and must be neatly placed in its original plastic bag for protective purposes. The original plastic bag must not be missing, ripped or torn
- The protective hygienic liner must not be removed or tampered with on the swimwear. There must be no sign of removal.
- All shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer
- Customs charges incurred for international returns will be billed to the customer and be taken off the refund amount if “return” is not specified on the customs documents
- All returned orders who received free domestic shipping for orders over $200 will be charged the shipping and handling fee as a result of the return
- Roses & Waves reserves the right to refuse any returned product if any of the above requirements are not met. If this is the case, we will send the product back to you and charge you for the shipping costs
- Roses & Waves reserves the right to refuse service, return or store credit who in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns
- We do our best to ensure quality and order accuracy. Please check all merchandise in your order before wearing, removing tags or liners. In the event that there is an error or defect with any item you have received, contact us immediately and we will look into replacing your order
- Returns are processed within 5 business days
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
- We do not reimburse your shipping charges for returns
- Store credit may not be used for shipping charges
All SALE or PROMOTIONAL items are NOT eligible for return but we will provide store credit if you are not happy with the size or fit.
How to Return:
- Read the above return policy information to ensure your merchandise is returnable
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about your upcoming return. Please include the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Whether you would like a return or store credit
- Reason for return
- Clearly fill out the return form from your original package. The form must be completed and sent in with the return package along with the item(s) you are returning.

Please note Roses & Waves is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.
If your package arrives on time, your return will be inspected and processed for return or store credit. You will be notified via email address provided at checkout with the return or store credit amount. Please allow at least 5 business days from the return arrival date to receive notification on your return status.
Once we receive your merchandise and it passes inspection, we will email you your store credit code. This code can be used to order your exchanged item or can be used for a future order.
