Shipping

 

Roses & Waves ships worldwide and ships with Canada Post.  Shipping amounts are calculated on the Cart and Checkout pages once an address has been inputted.

All packages are tracked unless otherwise specified or selected.  The tracking number is emailed after the order has shipped.  Customers may track their order on the Order Tracking page or on the Canada Post website.

Customs, duty and tax fees for US and International orders are not included and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay.  We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of the year.

Roses & Waves is not responsible for lost packages or delays in shipping due to disruptions in postal delivery which is out of our control.

 

Vancouver, BC Residents

If you live in Vancouver or the Greater Vancouver area and you would prefer to pickup your package, please follow the below instructions.

1. Enter discount code: “vancouverpickup” at checkout for your shipping fee to be waived
2. Wait for confirmation email from us letting you know your package is ready for pickup
3. Pickup the package from the UPS Store – Sinclair Centre, 757 W Hastings St #142, Vancouver, BC V6C 1A1

UPS Sinclair Centre Business Hours are: Mon – Fri: 9am – 5pm; Sat: 10:30am – 4pm

*Note:
You will need to have ID available to pickup the package and UPS charges a nominal fee of $5 +tax for the pickup service.
The package will be held for 5 days at UPS.
If you are unable to pickup the package within 5 days.  Please contact the UPS store at (604) 688-8848.
